1200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the 1200 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1200 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 1200 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The 1200 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 1200 will never ask for your password via email or any support channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit bugs within the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking through major banks. You are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or digital wallet used belongs to you.
Deposit Terms
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and subject to change. All successfully credited deposits are final. 1200 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same username. 1200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days. Any transaction fees charged by the bank are the responsibility of the user.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Every bonus or promotion offered by 1200 carries specific wagering requirements and validity periods. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Misuse of promotions or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system may result in forfeiture of the bonus and account closure.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
1200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of wagered funds, service interruptions, technical delays, or system errors. 1200 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Account Suspension and Closure
1200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions; fraud or suspicious activity; use of false information during registration; attempts to manipulate the system; or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, balances associated with rule-violating activity may not be refunded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1200 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 1200. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 1200. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 1200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to such links is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
1200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 1200 platform shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved before any legal action is taken.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force.
